The East Lawrence Neighborhood Association is governed by a board of community members including four officers and at least one but up to ten additional members, for a maximum total of fourteen ELNA Board members.  All board members must reside within the official boundaries of East Lawrence and must be voting eligible (i.e. a member of the organization, over 18, and an individual not business entity.)  Board members are elected at our Annual Meeting in November of each year.
