SEPTEMBER ELNA MEETING

The East Lawrence Neighborhood Association will meet again *Tuesday* (delayed one day in observance of the Labor Day holiday) September 8th from 7-9pm, presumably at New York School. Items on the agenda currently include approval of the bylaw update, review of the East Ninth Project Complete Street Design document, and block party planning.
