The ELNA Board and attending membership approved amendments to the ELNA Bylaws at our Monday June 14th meeting. The majority of bylaw changes were made to include language required by federal law to enable us to apply for official non-profit status. You can view those new bylaws on this page.

Save the Date, dear neighbors. We’ve reserved Hobbs Park for Saturday September 25th 2021 for our annual neighborhood party from 5-9pm. Potluck, games, music, info tables, etc. We’ll be so glad to see you all!
