When: ELNA meets on the second Monday of each month. For the foreseeable future, we are hybrid meeting on zoom and in person at the Santa Fe Depot at 7th and NY Streets. If you’d like a link to the zoom meeting, email Phil firstname.lastname@example.org.
Procedures: All ELNA meetings are open meetings and anyone is welcome to attend.
At the meetings, agenda items will be covered one by one and discussed among presenters, Board, and attendees. Sometimes, a specific action will be requested of the Board; the writing of a letter of support, for example. If such a formal action is requested, Board members will then be asked to vote their support and pass motion. Only Board members will be asked to vote on these items. Other items may require a vote of general attending membership.

Note about our meetings: We appreciate our neighborhood meetings as an opportunity to learn more about what is happening in our neighborhood. For this reason we request that we our interactions reflect our pursuit of knowledge and assume that we are all in it for these same reasons. Assume good intent on everyone’s part. We will make every effort to recognize everyone’s viewpoints.
