The East Lawrence Neighborhood Association will meet Monday February 3rd, from 7-9pm in the New York School library.  Items on the agenda include: pre-planning for the Yart Sale in March and discussion with Mark Thiel from the City of Lawrence regarding the city’s brick streets plan.
